STEPS With Horses

STEPS With Horses is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing equine-assisted counseling for military veterans, their family members, trauma survivors, and others in need of mental health support. Based in Fort Worth, TX, our programs harness the therapeutic power of horses to foster healing, resilience, and personal growth. Through evidence-based interventions and a compassionate approach, we help individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and other challenges, empowering them to take meaningful steps toward well-being.
